House with WIFI and mooring next to the beach - Air conditioning
This pretty balandrine-style house is located just behind the beach at Port Grimaud.
Cross the street and you will find yourself facing the sea and Saint Tropez.
It consists on the ground floor of a living room with an American kitchen.
On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.
On the street side, a sunny terrace in the morning and on the canal side, a sunny terrace from lunchtime until sunset.
Ideal for enjoying the sun all day long.

NEW: Linens (bed linen and towels) are included in all our rentals provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
