A comfortable house just steps from the beach with a canal-side barrier.
Beautiful fisherman's house ideally located between the heart of Port Grimaud 1 and the beach.
The ground floor has been completely renovated recently.
The entrance to the house on the street side is very pleasant with its enclosed and well-maintained little garden.
- On the ground floor, a beautiful bright living room with an American kitchen
- on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a renovated bathroom.

On the canal side, a south-facing terrace with a barrier where you can enjoy sunny days in complete peace.

In front of the house there is a 14m x 4.20m mooring.
1 space in the resident parking lot.
NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on bank card upon arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
