A large house with mooring, ideal for family or friends.
Beautiful house close to the center in a quiet and discreet street of Port Grimaud 1.
On the ground floor, a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.
On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed and a bathroom.
AIR CONDITIONING in 3 bedrooms.

At the entrance there is a spacious and shaded terrace.
Canal side, a very sunny west-facing terrace with a magnificent view of the marina and the Church.
A mooring of 14m x 4.20m.
An ideal house to enjoy amenities and entertainment while remaining peaceful.
NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on bank card upon arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
