A beautiful house in a private area close to the center
Very pretty renovated fisherman's house in a private area of Port Grimaud.
Located on a peaceful island, it will charm you with its amenities and beautiful terrace.
On the ground floor, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, on the 1st floor, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and separate toilet and on the 2nd floor, two bedrooms with double beds - one with a balcony - and a shower room with toilet.
Air conditioning.

On the canal side, a double terrace fitted out with its outdoor lounge.
THE TERRACE BARRIER HAD TO BE REMOVED
In front of the house, a mooring of 10m x 4.20m.
A numbered parking space.

NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.
___PLEASE TELL US THE NUMBER OF BEDS THAT WILL BE USED FOR THE LINEN ORDER___
Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on bank card upon arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
