In a quiet and private area of Port Grimaud, beautiful exceptional house with a swimming-pool.

The house has got four levels with large rooms and good services.
A large living-room/ dining-room opening onto a terrace with no vis-à-vis and a lovely view on the swimming-pool and the canal of Port Grimaud.
Next to the dining-room, a well-furnished separate kitchen.
On the lower level, 1 bedroom with two beds joined, a little bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a shower-room and a laundry.
On the upper levels, 2 bedrooms with a large bed, 2 bathrooms and a large bedroom with an access to the solarium with an outstanding panoramic view on Port Grimaud and the hills.

External WIFI

This corner house has got a garden on two sides and a swimming-pool on the third side, in front of the terrace on the canal side.
In front of the swimming-pool, a 14m x 8m mooring and a parking space in front of the house.
