Duplex apartment in the center of Port Grimaud 1, close to the beach
Large, bright apartment in the heart of Port Grimaud 1, close to the beach.
Located close to shops and shuttles to Saint Tropez, it is less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach.
It consists on the 1st floor of a living room with a large balcony overlooking the canals, a kitchen with a dining area and a balcony overlooking Place des Artisans. A guest toilet is also on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor you will find two bedrooms with double beds, one of which is on the canal side with a small balcony, a shower room and a bathroom and a toilet.
On the canal side, a balcony offers you a superb unobstructed view of the canals.
A very pleasant apartment, ideal for enjoying life in the Cité Lacustre.
NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
