It is a 90 km circuit that takes 5 hours. The pathway to take lead to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and then you end up at the beach of Pampelonne. A swimming session will be scheduled at the Escalet beach and a visit to the Roches Rouges.


Cavalaire

It is an 80 km stage that lasts about 4 hours. The start is still off the Gulf of Saint-Tropez which will extend to the beach of Pampelonne. To relax a little, you will be able to bathe at the beach of l'Escalet.


Lion de mer ( the sea lion )

The circuit to the sea lion is rather brief, however, you will have the opportunity to walk along the creeks and end up in Saint Raphael. The hike lasts only one hour so do not hesitate to make the most of it!


The famous Gulf of Saint-Tropez

It is a one hour stage to discover the Gulf of the peninsula. You will take a passage off port Grimaud, Canoubiers as well as Salins. Here, you will not be able to cross the 20 knots ... You are advised to go easy on it!
