Discover this lovely villa located in a renowned, secure and well-maintained estate in Grimaud.
This villa features a bedroom with a king-size bed (189 x 200 cm), a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), and a third bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a functional bathroom. The dining area is ideal for sharing convivial moments, while the comfortable living room invites you to relax after a day of exploring.
The property also features a shared swimming pool, open from June 1st to September 15th, with sun loungers and supervised by a lifeguard from July 5th to August 30th. Enjoy a shaded garden with sun loungers and garden furniture, as well as a terrace equipped with dining tables, chairs, and a parasol. A pétanque court is also available for your leisure.
You will particularly appreciate the freshness and brightness of this accommodation.
Free parking is available in front of the villa.

You will also find a pleasant restaurant in the shade of a pine tree on the beach, as well as access to numerous water sports, perfect for enjoying relaxation on the beach, swimming, or boat trips.
Explore the charming surrounding villages, brimming with restaurants, art galleries, and museums. During your stay, be sure to discover the region's must-see attractions, such as Plage du Vieux Moulin (a 10-minute walk), the Port-Grimaud Harbour Master's Office (12 minutes), and Marina Cogolin beach (also 12 minutes).
