A pleasant house in a quiet area close to the center and the beach
Pleasant house in a private area of Port Grimaud close to the center and the beach.
On 3 levels, it is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor: a spacious living room opening onto a loggia and a separate fitted kitchen.
- on the 1st floor: a bedroom with a double bed, a beautiful terrace and a bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds
- on the 2nd floor: a large master bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a bathroom and a solarium.
On the canal side, a loggia and a garden closed by a barrier.
A 12m x 4.20m mooring in front of the house.

NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on bank card upon arrival.
