Nice fisherman house in a private area of Port Grimaud close to the center and the beach.

On three levels it is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor: a spacious living room opening onto a loggia and a separate kitchen.
- on the 1st floor: a bedroom with a large bed and a terrace and a bathroom
- on the 2nd floor: a large masterbedroom with a large bed and a single bed, a solarium and a bathroom.

WIFI

On the canal side, a loggia and a little garden closed by a barrier.

A 12m x 4,20m mooring.
A numbered parking space.

Additional information:

- The bed linen and towels will be delivered in packages for the number of people planned at the booking ( Only from 11/06/2022 until 30/09/2022) . Possibility to make beds in addition.
- No change of linen and towels will be provided during the stay except if you asked for it at least 2 weeks in advance. (subject to charges)
- No additional linen package will be provided less than 2 weeks before the arrival.
- Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
- The final cleaning is not included but can be done in addition.
- The payment of resort fees will be requested (4,62€/ adult/ day)
- No animals, (except with the written agreement of the agency).
- Contract to send back with your signature to the agency. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
- A deposit via credit card requested upon arrival.
- Opening hours of the agency : 9.00am – 12.30 and 3.00 to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
