This charming one-bedroom apartment is located in a small building in Port Grimaud South, close to shops. It features a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a large bedroom, and a bathroom. A beautiful canal-side terrace offers a lovely view of the canals. An 18.6x4.4m mooring is available. A numbered parking space is available nearby.
NEW: Linens (bed linen and towels) are included in all our rentals provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.

• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
