The apartment offers a spacious living room, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds pushed together, and one with two separate single beds. A modern bathroom and a separate toilet with a small sink complete this property.
You'll be captivated by the balcony, which opens onto a breathtaking sea view, providing an ideal setting for your moments of relaxation. The beach is directly accessible from the building, a true privilege.
Finally, a reserved parking space within the residential parking lot is also included for your convenience.
NEW: Linens (bed linen and towels) are included in all our rentals provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.

• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
