Air-conditioned and renovated, this charming 2-room apartment will seduce you with its large terrace overlooking the canals.
On the raised ground floor, it consists of a living room with sofa bed and well-equipped American kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a shower room and a WC
The apartment has been completely renovated in a contemporary style.

NEW: Linens (bed linen and towels) are included in all our rentals provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
