A large balcony and a superb view in a quiet area.
This beautiful, fully renovated apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a private area of Port Grimaud.
Located on the top floor, it offers a magnificent panoramic view of the canals and the entrance to the Port.
It consists of a living room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a shower room.
!!! The loft bed cannot be used!!!

A large balcony where you can have lunch while admiring the view.
The Coches d'eau stop is located at the foot of the building - ideal for strolling through the canals of Port Grimaud.
An apartment for up to 4 people with great amenities!
NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on bank card upon arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
