An exceptional location on the beach, right on the water
Its direct access to the beach and its proximity to shops make this charming 2-room retro-style apartment a prime location for a relaxing vacation.
Located on the ground floor, it consists of a living room opening onto the terrace, a kitchenette, a double bedroom with a shower room
The living room is equipped with a large corner sofa with 2 benches forming 2 single beds.
A large terrace (without awning but with a large parasol) with direct access to the beach.
Sea view from the terrace and beach in front of the apartment.
Residents Parking.
NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.
___PLEASE TELL US THE NUMBER OF BEDS THAT WILL BE USED FOR THE LINEN ORDER___
Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on bank card upon arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
