Close to all amenities, this charming 23 sq. m studio, located on the 1st floor without elevator, is composed of :

- a nice living space with a queen-size bed (160 cm),

## Neighborhood

Port Grimaud is a unique architectural ensemble, listed as a 20th century heritage site in 2002, and now labelled "Remarkable Contemporary Architecture" (since 2018). Located 10 min walking to the beach, this flat will allow you to spend a relaxing and calm stay, while remaining close to many activities. Ideally located between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez, you will find all the restaurants, bars and entertainments of the Venice of Provence just a few steps away. There are excellent restaurants in Gassin as well as in Grimaud for delicious Mediterranean cuisine. Finally, if you wish to go on a cultural outing, go to the historical centre of Grimaud, about ten minutes away by car, where you will find the Château de Grimaud, the Pont des Fées or the Church of Saint-Michel.
