Come and relax in this beautiful, beautifully decorated apartment located in the popular "La Brigantine" residence and enjoy its breathtaking view of the Cogolin Marines boats.
It is located on the 2nd floor and boasts a magnificent view of the port. It features a well-equipped and furnished open-plan kitchen with a central island, a dining area, and a living room with a large-screen TV. You can relax and enjoy your meals on the very pleasant terrace, while watching the boats.
It has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a 180cm bed, a wardrobe and access to the terrace.
You will find everything for your comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, hotplates, microwave, oven, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, flat screen TV, air conditioning in all rooms.
Parking in the residence.
Access to the shared swimming pool from June 28 to August 31, with lifeguard. Paying €5 per day.
To get to Saint-Tropez, “Les Bateaux Verts” provides a regular shuttle service from the Marines de Cogolin.
A free boat shuttle is available to cross the Marines.
To be paid on site: security deposit (2000 euros, not cashed (check, bank card or cash), tourist tax.
Possibility of renting household linen: 20 euros for double beds and 12 euros for single beds per change, 8 euros for the towel kit.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning to be paid upon arrival: 70 euros.
