The delightful and typically Provencal village of Ramatuelle, a hideout for artists and absolute must-see, is not much further away. There are some fabulous hiking paths and great walks to take to explore the surrounding areas. Saint-Tropez, the super-star of the Cote d'Azur, is only a 10km drive away, as is the Port Grimaud marina. Boat rides, sailing, water sports, water-skiing, scuba diving; there are millions of ways of enjoying the sea in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez! As far as beaches go, take your pick: you can opt for the chic, sandy Pampelonne beach that really hits its stride in season, the many little coves around Saint-Tropez, or La Croix-Valmer and the friendly, family beach of Gigaro.
